With stunning garden views, this charming cottage provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The highlight of our stay was discovering the hidden gem of Cathedral of St Colman, a mere 4.2 km away. The grandeur of the cathedral took our breath away, making us feel like we had stumbled upon a majestic palace in the Irish countryside.

As a solo traveler, I found the location of the cottage great, with it being nice and quiet. the host was very helpful and all the necessary appliances were provided. the cottage was cosy and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. There was also a good selection of kitchen utensils and the bathroom was clean.
Felt very lucky, no complaints.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely decoration of the cottage. The charming interior had a cozy and homely feel, which made me instantly feel comfortable and at ease. The common areas were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. , the accessibility of the cottage was excellent for seniors like me, with easy access to the nearby wildlife park and convenient amenities.
I do wish that there were more assistance available for senior guests. A little extra attention from the children working there, such as help with luggage or a warm welcome, would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.
